US Crude Oil Stocks Report an All-Round Disappointment

"The first disappointment was the 11 million barrel build in total commercial stocks [in the U.S.]. It was the second consecutive weekly increase and puts inventories 13% above last year's level and 12% above the five-year average," says Tamas Varga of PVM Oil Associates in London, commenting on U.S. weekly oil inventory data.
